Dear Members:

As you know, our firm represents your Association of Unit Owners of Kapiolani Residence’s claims against the developer of your home in the Kapiolani Residence development.  The Board has requested that we appear for a Town Hall meeting to go over the pending construction defect claims and to answer any questions that you may have. The meeting details are as set forth:

This will be a confidential attorney-client meeting so that all owners may be directly apprised of the defect findings and procedural stance of the claims. Only owners may be in attendance, as all discussions must be kept strictly confidential to protect the Association and its members. Please note that this means that tenants/residents of your home, who are not an owner of the property, may not attend this meeting.  Again, you must RSVP by June 15, 2022 in order to receive the passcode for the Zoom meeting.
