Jaclyn Anderson

Associate Attorney

Jaclyn L. Anderson joined the primary firm of Kasdan LippSmith Weber Turner, LLP, in 2015. She practices in Hawaii and California.  Her  practice focuses on class action and personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and products liability. Prior to joining Kasdan LippSmith, Jaclyn worked exclusively for California’s top-tier plaintiffs’ litigation firms, where she had repeated success in litigating cases to settlement and verdict. Jaclyn’s experience has spanned the areas of personal injury, products liability, class actions, insurance bad faith, sexual assault, breach of contract litigation, and appellate practice.

Jaclyn earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Boston University in 2003. She attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as a Supervising Editor of the Review of Law and Social Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007.

Jaclyn is licensed to practice in the States of California, Hawaii and the United States District Court in the Central and Northern Districts of California.
